To Door Express Kft. owes its foundation to keen competition prevailing
in the market because the founders thought that, by uniting their
experience having gained in carriage and forwarding during several
years, they would be able to provide full-scale flexible and more
competitive services in the field of forwarding to the entire
satisfaction of their customers.
The
major advantages of our firm lie in practical common sense, flexibility and reliability.
In selecting as effective and smooth as possible
transportation methods, our managers are assisted by their qualifications
obtained in higher education in this special field and their more
than five years' experience gained in forwarding. The certification
according to ISO 9001 quality standard is under way.
Our
objective is to provide quality services by land, water and air,
thus Door To Door Express Kft. offers solutions to its customers
to meet their requirements in the following fields:
The focus is on the customer, so we attach great importance to
the flow of information, keeping our customers informed so that
they always know exactly what happens to their consignment. For
this purpose, all vehicles provided by us are equipped with mobile
phones, and our customers have access to a report on current transportations on our web-site that is updated several times a day.
Secure and
reliable base in carriage is guaranteed by the co-owner of our
firm, Bil-Transport Kft. which, during its activity for more than
ten years, has collected a fleet of 31 vehicles to provide better
and better service to its customers. This fleet includes currently
twelve vehicles with a total weight of 3,5 tons each (5EUR pal/1500kg),
fourteen vehicles with a total weight of 7,5 tons each (16EUR
pal/3200kg), one tanker, and four heavy lorries with a total weight
of 40 tons each (33EUR pal/24000kg).
Road
transportation is carried out using our own fleet and that of
reliable and flexible subcontractors, both in Hungary and abroad
- all of them have CMR liability insurance, so the types of vehicles
used by us cover a wide range from a carrying capacity of 1.5
tons to 24 tons, and their number is nearly 100. We can provide
solutions for all types of road transport tasks, therefore ADR,
frozen or oversize consignments are also handled without trouble.
For urgent consignments we can ensure the services of a second
driver to every vehicle category. Carriage is made complete with
full-scale other services such as craning, packaging and insurance
of consignments. Frequent target countries include: Germany, UK,
Benelux-countries, France, Italy.
The major line of our firm is
road carriage, forwarding, but, in compliance with the requirements
of our customers, we also undertake forwarding by air. Our partners
await freight tasks on the airports of major cities with well
trained and helpful personnel, and it will become possible to
deliver the goods to the addressee in 48 hours from the arrival
of the goods.
